We were greeted by Jerome with a welcoming smile and non invasive approach. He listened to our requirements, explained what he thought would suit us and was there to guide us throughout our bed testing. He asked us questions whilst we were laying on different beds so he knew that we were getting what we needed from the mattresses, explaining why he thought the mattresses were right for us. Nothing was too much trouble and we weren't rushed into making decisions. He explained all the options from how to pay, removal of old beds and mattresses, delivery, additional cover and all with an obvious knowledge of the products, but not pressure sales. He is a credit to your company and we will certainly recommend Dreams to anyone we know.

Vivek spoke to my partner over the phone to discuss payment options he was very knowledgeable and found a solution as we could not get finance. Went to store vivek was leaving for the evening however stayed to help me this was brilliant. Very friendly and nothing too much trouble even though I changed my mind several times.

As soon I walked into Dream store the staff members helped me without any doubts they where professionally, welcoming, pleasant service and the best suitable advice. I even got to test the right matteras that would suit me by going into the test machine bed and results where amazing to find the right purchase of bedding. Well pleased Dreams top to the top professional equipments and top number 1 customer service. So guys don't go anywhere else go to dreams you won't regret 100%. You pay what you get.... Amazing
