The assistants introduced themselves and then let us survey the goods on offer. They answered all our questions satisfactory and offered us refreshments. We were offered a number of days and times for delivery and we were told that we would be contacted by email.

Knew what we wanted. The salesman took us to the product immediately and showed us the item required. He understood our needs and answered any questions we had. Excellent service which was impossible to fault. We hope this service carries through to the product when it arrives and the installation and assembly which we paid for.

Very knowledgeable staff explaining the detail of purchase (security of payment and forms being completed) We are purchasing an adjustable bed and the detail given was most precise and much appreciated.

kaye your assistant at your Leicester store was brilliant , if I was not retired , she would certainly be recommended to my former boss. your store and its location is in a prime spot and I hope you progress on.

On arrival we were cordially welcomed. We were offered a drink of which was greatfully accepted. Jerome was very informative with regards to the beds and mattresses and explained the concept of the beds. For us a bed was a bed. We understand now this is not so. Hopefully we have chosen the correct mattress. A difficult choice made easier with Jeromes expertise. We now look forward to taking delivery of our new bed which should be with us in three weeks.

Very welcoming staff, helpful with choice of products. Store was well set out, questions we had were well answered. I don't particularly like shopping, for me this was about as good as it gets.

Good customer service

We were absolutely delighted with the service we received today at Dreams Leicester. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, kind and knowledgeable. It was brilliant, because we were given time to explore the showroom and try out lots of different beds, but staff were also on hand when we had questions about products. The quality of products was outstanding and enabled us to make a decision on which bed to purchase. At this point (Kaye) also suggested we try some amazingly comfortable pillows that would help with our sleep and talked to us about the 40 night trial on the matrass we'd chosen to purchase. We also opted for the 8 year guarantee. When seated and going through the purchasing process, we were offered coffee, which was very welcomed. They also offered my guide dog a bowl of water, which he enjoyed too. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience, we are very excited about having our new bed delivered and installed. It was just so easy to purchase our mattress and the assistant was very informative.

Steve, store manager, was friendly, patient and approachable. He took the time to understand my needs and gave honest advice. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly. I could not have had a better advisor. I was not intending to place an order straightaway, however, given the excellent customer service I was more than happy to place the order on the same day.
