I WAS SERVED BY IAN WHO WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY WITHOUT BEING AT ALL PUSHY FOR A SALE AND TAKING HIS ADVICE AND TRYING OUT A NUMBER OF MATTRESSES BEFORE CHOOSING THE RIGHT ONE FOR ME.

Staff available to help, store was not too busy. Ian was very friendly and helpful and checked anything he was unsure of. Ian offered drinks, as it was a bit of a long process choosing the right products and we had to come back the following day without the kids.

The store assistants came over and were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgable but not too pushy and allowed us time to try all the mattresses and see how I find them

Jerome (freemans common leicester) listened to what my mum wanted and showed her what was available in her price range without trying to push her into something she didn't want or it that was out of her budget. He was friendly and helpful. We left feeling we had made the right decision. Even when he had a computer issue he apologised and we left him to it for a bit then came back and placed the order. I even bought a lovely new pillow!! Would definitely recommend Dreams.

Welcomed as soon as entering the store and offered support and advice straight away. I was given time to browse and try mattresses on my own and then helped again once I had a better idea of what I wanted. Kaye, the assistant, was really helpful. I had intended to have a look at a few different places but didn't feel I needed to and was very happy with my purchase.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, my Mum found a beautiful mattress which I'm sure will give her many years of restful nights sleep!
