Dreams - Leicester

I was highly satisfied with Dreams as it had the exact bed I wanted and I loved how I could mix the headboard with a different bed frame and tailor it to what I wanted. Also Anil who was the store assistant was so helpful and knowledgable! It was my first time at dreams and it was great service and I got everything I wanted! Very happy

The sales team were exceptional they found me just what I was looking for very polite and friendly would definitely recommend to other people and I would shop there again when needed

Just went for a browse in the store, looked at mattresses because ours is about 10 years old but still good and comfy but got some markings on due to perspiration althouth we use mattress covers air the bed turn the mattress etc etc. Saw a good quality matress that had been a return at a good price. Then saw a man called Ian who was so good and knowledgeable, we bought it.

From walking in the store to walking out the store it was a real pleasure to deal with Steve the store manager, he was calm, knowledgable,kind, and most of all not pushy, a great asset to Dreams. He even gave my wife and myself a cup of tea. Will I use Dreams again most certainly. 5 stars.peter Looms.

The store displayed a wide range of stock with various options to chose from which we found most useful. We were greeted by extremely friendly and helpful staff who met our expectations and were able to answer all our queries.

The guy who dealt with us really knew what he was talking about which made it easier for us to make our decision about what bed we wanted and the mattress which would be perfect for us thank you Jerome (Leicester branch)
