The Customer Service was very good and we were offered a drink

We found that the staff were friendly and not overly pushy when we first entered the shop. Additionally, we found the items available to be more than sufficient. We had seen a number of products online that we wanted to try and all of these were available in store. We also liked the fact that a number of clearance items were in store that weren't online. Infact, we ended up going for one of these instead! Finally, we both found the customer service assistant that helped us, Kaye, to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the different products that we wanted to try.

Excellent customer service from Anil, from the time that we entered the store,the salesperson was not at all pushy, made us feel welcome, showed us the different mattresses, let us try them and had product knowledge. Anil also was clear and confident when we were making the purchase

on arrival communication from Kaye but minimal and we were left to look at things (not pushy) Coffee was offered several times, check were made on us whilst trying the beds and Kaye promptly provided the appropriate pillow to enhance the effects of comfort using they best equipment. She was very quick and professional when completing our purchase all options and procedures explained, that said Kaye delivered this with the right amount of friendly chat. Kaye had an excellent balance of very professional attitude and warmth in her chat. Totally pleasant experience that day thanks

I have been both sales manager and customer relation manager during my working life. I can soon spot a poor or overbearing character. Your man was a pleasure to talk to.

Very friendly and helpful staff and great products

We were wanting to purchase a mattress. Steve at the Leicester store assisted us, and he was fantastic. He really helped us, being as we didn't really know what we were looking for. He wasn't at all 'pushy' and found us a mattress within our price range.

Kaye, who helped us was just lovely.
