Dreams - Leicester

Anil in Leicester he was very good, helpful and knew what he was talking about. He was very thorough about the mattresses and through variety of them explaining how the mattress works and the thickness. He answered all our questions and was friendly and approachable. I will shop their again for my mattresses.

The sales assistant, Vivek Solanki, greeted us when we entered the store and offered us tea/coffee. He then spent time explaining the different types of mattress fillings and invited us to lie down on various types of mattress to find the one that suited us and explained the different degrees of firmness. He answered all of our questions concerning fillings etc and the make-up of the various mattresses. At no time did we feel under pressure to buy and it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

The staff at Dreams Leicester were amazing! So very helpful and Vivek spent a lot of time with us helping us buy our first bed for our first new home. His knowledge was great and really helped us understand what bed and mattress is suitable for us. What was so lovely was he even stayed back past his working hours for us, that shows a huge amount of commitment and really made us feel grateful and appreciated that customer service meant a lot to him. He really did go up and above for us and for that we are so thankful to him. Jerome the manager was also amazing and helpful too! Not to mention absolutely funny! Which made the experience at dreams so much more enjoyable. They are a huge credit to your business!

Jerome, Leicester store, was amazing!! His knowledge is superb and we felt very comfortable in his conpany. My little boy was napping in the pushchair and Jerome made sure he stayed that way. Lovely man and showed he cares about his customers by really understanding our needs. We will be back for our next bed 😁 thank you Jerome

Exceptional customer service. Every member of staff I encountered was unfailingly helpful and sensitive to need for help or to be left alone to browse. I was dealt with as an individual.

The member of staff (Kaye) was very helpful in assisting us to make the best affordable choice of a good comfortable bed. Myself and my husband managed to get all the four beds for the whole family which was within our budget. Thanks to Kaye :)

The staff Mr. Anil was very courteous and helpful and informative about the products. There was no pressure from Mr. Anil or any other staff members. Overall VERY SATISFIED with Dreams. I just hope we will be happy with the products once they arrive!!!
