WE DID NOT KNOW WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR BUT STEVE HELPED US QUITE A LOT

We didn’t have a great experience at one branch but when we went to another branch this man Vivek Solanki was amazing at helping us! He has only been there for 11 weeks which we wouldn’t of known by his helpfulness and kindness he shown us. He made our experience joyable and we felt assured we were getting great service from him so we placed our order. Very pleased and we are going to go back to order a mattress for our spare bedroom. He made us feel at ease but yet still professional at all times.

Store was very clean and appealing. Sale guy was very friendly presentable and knowledgeable considering he was new to the job he's a credit to your company and will go a long way . Again at the leicester store myself and wife had a great shopping experience.

The assistant was very helpful, explained everything in detail

Jerome at the Leicester shop was really helpful. He gave us great advice and had great product knowledge. He moved a mattress to a slatted bed similar to the one we have at home so that we could test the hardness. Jerome quickly processed the order and the interest free credit, explaining well each step. The only issue was we requested a change of delivery date but did not get an updated Order Confirmation reflecting the change. We had to log onto the Dreams portal to check that the requested data had been accepted.

I'm highly satisfied on the customer service I received. The gentleman was really polite and always ready to repeat. He was too busy but still he gave a great service.
