Posters on windows etc mentioned a Sale up to 50% off but there was much less than that percentage reduction on the items we ordered.

Only minor nothing major. Distance to travel to store. 10 year guarantee not as standard. Only 2 members of staff on.

We felt that the person dealing with our purchase was very slow in completing forms on the computer. Other colleagues were quick with different customers whilst we spent a long time waiting for the colleague to fill out all of our forms. A lovely person to deal with but unfortunately very slow in using a PC.

The shopping experience was satisfactory, there was no wow factor - I was treated like a normal customer, although I felt my custom was valued but was not given VIP treatment. The member of staff could have improve the experience by being more engaging and enthusiastic.

I thought the assistant was , very knowledgeable and helpful . His name was Amit . I wanted a real leather bed , and bought black , I would have preferred brown but that option was not available . All in all very satisfied .

Shopping for beds is not a situation I would ever be highly satisfied by. It is a nessesity.

The time it takes to place an order. It would be quicker to apply for a morgage. We were only buying a mattress. The difficulty in finding the product we wanted, even the store staff had difficulty and they have experience. This resulted in us being misquoted for the product although the member of staff rectified the error satisfactorily.

It felt as though I had to fit in with your policy eg when I was in the middle of asking if somebody would measure the mattress at home I was cut short. Also I was told that you would collect my old mattress when I was looking at the new mattress only then to be told at time of payment that there was a charge. The same appliedto your 40 day returns policy. I was told there was one and then told there was a charge at checkout
