Although the assistant was helpful and very knowledgeable about products, she seemed to get very flustered filling out my order on the computer and even charged me for 2 deliveries also I was charged a different price to what was displayed on the item when I questioned this was told someone had put the wrong price ticket on.

We weren't sure of the type of mattress we required and were given a brief description of the different types but not made aware of the benefits of them.

I was charged £39 for delivery for a £129 product. The store should keep the items in stock allowing the customers to take it home for free rather then pay £39.00 for delivery.

The shop was very busy so took a longer time to complete pricing and sale. We also were served by a trainee, assisted where needed by other staff, so this took a bit longer. However, we were very satisfied with her customer service and she was honest about what she did and didn't know. The computer system was also playing up so completing finance and transactions took longer. We were given coffee while we waited and made aware of what was happening.

Very slow to actually input the order Very long wait for delivery of purchased product (over 1 month) Competitive price, but not brilliant value.

Not as much as a personal experience as expected.. Was highly recommended by my dad who brought two leather beds from the store couple weeks before, don't feel I received same service as he explained by the same advisor?
