To be honesty I never give anywhere 100%. It's nothing to do with anything anywhere does its just me. No one up to now in my life has deserved 100% satisfaction

The experience was disappointing because the store overall looked horrible like shopping market clothes on straight rails. After spending. A whole day in furniture shops I was expecting the store layout to be better. There was a small display of bedroom layout right at the back of the store and that's what I expected to see when I walked in.

I knew what I was looking for/at before visiting the store and what I was going to purchase therefore the sales assistant could not really offer any advice as I had already selected the item/s to purchase. However I have to say that she was very knowledgeable and helpful and efficient.

We were looking for a single bed with an underbed guest bed. There was only one to choose from but we were happy with this one. It would have been nice to have a choice.

The assistant (Ems) was great but the general manager was not particularly friendly and hardly bothered to turn his head from his computer to answer questions the sales assistant could not answer

I found a free delivery option on the website which the store had some issue finding and matching. It took a bit longer to sort out but they were quite good about it and I was reasonably happy with how they dealt with it.

Being highly satisfied would have required the experience to be spectacular. I can't imagine any shopping experience would meet that criteria. After all, I am now £800+ poorer.

There is always room for improvement and the length of time it takes to put the order is is too long Too much paperwork
