I tried to order 2 Manhattan bedside chests online. They had 10% off, but when I went to order them online the 10% didn't come off at the checkout! So I went onto the webchat and spoke to Elliott, who assured me the offer was online and in store! But when I visited the store the offer wasn't shown in store. Although they did give me 10% off when I explained what had happened.

Store was very busy and was difficult to get a shop assistant to discuss our needs. But later the person who helped us was satisfied. Also little disappointed about the pillow given to us. We may return it and get new one. The one offered was item on clearance side

we wanted to buy a bed not having done it for some time and were alittle unsure of what was available choise colours etc your representative was very helpful and gave us alot of information as to product and design and showed us many conparisions to make an informed choise then we were left to decide when we were asking questions the advice and info was well delivered and confident as it was sale time the staff dealt with us and others very well being very busy so we had to wait but that was expected and was not a problem to us

I don't give out top marks in these surveys but that does not mean there was anything wrong with either the store or the service, to me highly satisfied is a little ott.

Because you have less material for leather furniture for all the bedroom. Otherwise you have many wooden furniture material. But I like the stuff, I want to see in brown leather materials more for bedroom furniture. Your assistance service is very good mainly( Craig) man he has helped us very well,, nice man. However I want to visit again , thanks

Assistant said we could put down a deposit for our order and pay the rest before the date of delivery, which I said I would like to do. However the transaction went threw as the total amount and so felt abliged to pay in full there and then.

No specific reason as everything was "fine". Also purchase not yet delivered so ask me again after the 29th Sept!

I was not highly satisfied as the member of staff helping us was a new member of staff and was slightly unsure of a few things whilst processing the order. However she was as helpful as she could be referring to her colleagues when she needed help and in the end we got the product that we needed. The member of staff helping us apologised for some of the incorrect information she had given us and was very kind and polite.

We asked how much delivery was and was told it was £39.00, we then asked about collection of the old mattress and were told yes it could be collected, £39.00. The way it was said, we understood that delivery and collection were a total of £39.00 in total. Not £39.00 for delivery and a further £39.00 for collection. So we got a bit of a surprise when we came to pay. The prices need to be made clear and even advertised with in the shop
