I think the overall waiting time for bed to be delivered is too long specially in today's society of next day delivery there shouldn't be such a long wait for it to be delivered specially not six weeks three weeks understandable

I have high expectations. Many stores we went to did not meet my expectations, making myself and my husband uncomfortable while shopping. Dreams met my expectations of quality customer service without being intrusive. My expectations were not exceeded, thus I was not 'highly satisfied,' though, dreams displayed the best customer service of all retailers we encountered while mattress shopping.

Was not happy with the delivery as was told i'll get a call 2 hours before the delivery but I only received a text message . Then had a call to advise me that there were some problems with the delivery van/driver and I will get my delivery about 2.30 but they didn't turn up until about 3 and they were quite tough with the goods.

Spending £3200 was not the issue. I was flying out to America on the day of purchase at the time I wasn't able to pay a deposit so I called the store the very same day on my way to the airport and spoke to the representative of dreams that assited me with my purchase. He accepted my payment over the phone of £1000.00 from my American Express card and said a week before delivery the remainder balance should be paid which I agreed to. 2 hours later I get a phone call saying the payments not been taken which it clearly had and was authorised and I checked my online banking and it had been debited so I contacted customer service spoke to Katie she was good as gold confirmed the refund will take 3-10 working days and to go into store and pay via chip and pin or cash "no problem I'll cancel my trip to America and come in to pay" (sarcasm). Luckily my friend was with me so I was able to give him my debit card to give to my mother to pay £1000.00 the following day. It has caused me stress the whole day £2000.00 down for up to 3-10 working days ! And I'm in New York ! But the product I await can't be faulted you get what you pay for simple.

I felt the prices on the labels were difficult to understand until I got clarification from staff. I nearly left without making a purchase.

Service was fine until ready to place the order. Then no member of staff available, then we had to wait on one of only 2 computers, then computer wouldn't work because of a loose wire. Mostly, I was dissatisfied with having to wait 27 days fof delivery.

I was satisfied with my visit to Dreams, I would have liked a few more choices in my price range but that was all that was wrong. The guy who helped us was friendly & knowledgeable

We had to wait quite a while to be served and when we got home the mattress protector was the wrong size and we have got to return it to the store for replacement
