Staff member was very helpful. The problem was when we tried to apply for interest free credit when placing the order. The bank took over half an hour to approve the loan and also 2 phone calls from the sales assistant. We were on the verge of leaving the shop without placing the order. It was not the sales assistant fault - who couldn't apologise enough. The problem was at the bank end which makes for a very poor customer experience

lack of computer assistant on the shop floor, had to wait an unreasonable amount of time waiting to place my order for 4 beds.

I would have liked to purchase a higher pocket spring mattress with my budget, but this was not possible. I am hoping the 800 picket springs will be satisfactory for my children.
