Dreams - Bromborough

At the store in Bromborough croft retail park, a store assistant named Adam Rayson was incredible helpful as soon as we entered the store. He found us the perfect bed, and was very friendly but also gave us space to make a decision when we needed it. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his top service at dreams! You're lucky to have him working for you!

We where not hassled when we walked in store. We walked around looking at what we were interested in and given the time. Then Bradley came and helped. Could not ask for a better salesperson. No pressure put on us at all. When I decided what I wanted we where offered a lovely coffee. If I had been hassled when walking in the store I would have walked out without purchasing. Also the store is spotless and a pleasure to go to

We received the best of attention, all of our questions were clearly answered, and we were treated with the utmost courtesy.

Very well informed by Dave, gave us plenty of choice and within different budgets. Didnt feel pressurised at any point and weren't jumped on as soon as we walked in the store - something that makes a difference to us

No pressure felt by us from assistant re getting a sale .. cups of tea offered by assistant and made by manager 10/10 Good knowledge of beds which is what we were looking at, advice given on quality of matrices and price ranges ... Steph was fantastic ~ very knowledgeable and wasn't trying to rush us even though it was getting late and the store was near closing. She knew the products inside out and after buying a bed somewhere else only 4 months ago and unable to sleep on it I was a very nervous customer as don't want the same experience. Would totally recommend you to friends and family and she is a credit to your company.
