I was very pleased that Dreams were able to beat the price that I had seen from a different online store. They rang me back straight away with a very good price.

Staff were helpful but not pushy. Helped us make a decision. After going away to have a coffee and discuss options, we then returned to the store to decide on our final bed and order

When we walked in we were allowed to browse for a while before Aaron asked if we needed help. When we said no he left us alone again after telling us to ask if we needed him. We did ask for advice and were pleased that, while he made suggestions, he was not pushy. He made us a cup of tea, too. We appreciate being given time to look around without any pressure yet knowing that we could get help when we wanted. Ultimately, we bought two mattresses and a pillow from here and NOT from the bed shop next door.

Very happy with my new mattress, bought an ex display, ! Absolute bargain and the sales man was very helpful. Would come back again.
