Dreams - Bromborough

It was a very pleasant shopping experience. we were highly satisfied the the attention from assistant Aaron, he fully understood our needs and matched them to the products. We were very impressed with the virtual video and ability again to match our needs with the perfect mattress for us, and at a price we could afford - huge thanks

This is the second time I have purchased from dreams. I like the store in Bromborough and the staff, hence the reason I returned again to purchase a bed frame. First visit was a mattress

We where given lots of information and the man was very helpful, funny and honest. there was lots of bed to choose from which was good

Knocked plenty of discount off! Was very patient and understanding and were helpful with the children. Really catered for and felt no rush to purchase any specific bed and were really explanatory with the terminology used.

We went in to Benson Beds next door first and the staff were very rude. We then went in to Dreams and the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, we had our 2 children (age 5 & 3) with us and they even let them watch a movie on a TV bed while we chose our mattress.

Great staff working that day! Had access to a lift for my disabled partner and child in pram! Epic visit

Assistant was lovely showed us products we were interested in and not pushy at all. Really took time to make sure we were happy with everything and even had colouring set up to entertain our lively 3&4 year olds.

Overall the staff were lovely and did not pester me like some salesmen do. I placed my order EXTREMELY HAPPY with the price and was in and out in a few minutes. FANTASTIC

Code 265 Bradley was extremely helpful and took time with us choosing the bed we needed explained exactly what we needed and made sure it was the perfect bed for my son. Bradley was polite and well spoken a delightful shop assistant. We could fault anything because he was very helpful 😊
