Was given excellent service and advice

We were assisted by Julie who suggested we use the sleepmatch to find out which mattresses we should look at. She then took us around to try out the suggestions and talked us through each option. She showed us a range of mattresses at different prices and allowed us to take as much time as we needed to choose. We were offered hot drinks and she brought pillows for us to test the mattresses out. Overall great customer service, a good range of products at different prices, good product knowledge and we went away very happy with our experience.

I know that Dreams is a well known make and hopefully I will be extremely happy with my purchase It hasn't been delivered yet so cant comment further

When we entered the store a salesman (Adam) approached us straight away to see if we needed assistance. He quickly showed us options to meet our needs and provided us with measurements so we could check our space at home. The following day he helped sort out order straight away. He was very helpful and pleasant.

wevisited your bromborough store inwirral and your sales person julie was there to greet us and gave us time and space to look around but was on hand to advise whenever asked we did not intend to make a purchase on the day but did and i honestly think it was your sales persons approach and knowledge that lead to our purchers that day and we came away rather pleased thank you julie and dreams we will be back
