I made it clear what I wanted and that I didn't want to pay a silly amount of money. The staff were extremely helpful

We were greeted warmly, and used the sleep match to assess our best suited product. We were given plenty of time and were not rushed into making a decision. Kat was very helpful and was like talking to a friend which made the process a lot easier and enjoyable

Staff were lovely and gave me some amazing bargains, she even gave me a free pillow as a moving house pressie and it is amazing!

In June/July I'd had a bed delivered from this store and was very happy with the service and knowledge of the assistant, and the delivery men, who were all very helpful. On the strength of this experience, I returned to the store to purchase a mattress and was just a happy with the attention from a very helpful assistant, named Julie. I would certainly recommend Dreams to anyone buying a bed or mattress.

Bradley was lovely and bent over backwards to help us. We're not fantastic at knowing which bed we should be buying and he really helped us narrow it down, as well as assure us about the assembly service. He couldn't have done enough and is a treasure.

The colleague was very helpful but not pushy. I was kept informed of the delivery time by text and phone call. The mattress was delivered within the 2 hour time spot by really helpful drivers. I have told everyone I've spoken to of the excellent customer service.

The guy in the store was friendly and helpful but did not give the hard sell that I’ve experienced before and puts me off. He’s a great asset
