We had plenty of options and choice to choose from with various prices. Julie who served us was so friendly and understanding of our situation. She made us a drink and sat us down to look at different options. We didn't feel rushed or pressured into making our decision but we are so excited to have our new bed and mattress.

Adam really helped us in finding the correct bed for us. We went to competitor and the service wasn’t up to standard so we ended coming back to Adam and got the deal we wanted.

It was 100% down to Adam, our sales assistant, he was just amazing from start to finish! We had been in 2 other big name stores before coming to dreams and found the staff weren’t really ‘listening’ but were more interested in the sale. Adam was a fountain of knowledge, he was very friendly and absolutely amazing with my teenage daughter who needed the new bed for her severe chronic health condition... he was completely focused on getting her exactly what she needed to improve her quality of life and he treated her with respect and dignity and really listened to her. This young gentleman is an absolute credit to your company and, on the basis of the customer service I received from him, I will be highly recommending this store to all my family and friends!

The salesperson Julie was very helpful and thorough. She helped us find the mattress that was perfect for our needs and was very patient with us as we had our 2year old monster with us .

He was very calm and chose to spend time with me explaining the difference of all the mattresses and spring/foam variants. I was confident in my selection of mattress and highly satisfied with the result.
