Wide choice, sales assistant, Bradley, showed us around and gave us good advice and information but left us alone to test beds and make our choice in our own time.

We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who took the time to understand our needs and find us the right mattress - she even made me a cup of tea and entertained our two year old while we tried out the beds!

Adam in the Bromborough store was very knowledgeable, he spent time working with us to see which mattress would work best. He went through different price options from the cheapest to most expensive to show us everything that would work. He took time to find out about us and was very friendly with our toddler. He recommended pillows not just a mattress to ensure our experience was whole not just sell us a mattress and still be waking up uncomfortable but also to make sure we were 100% with the mattress. He was patient and understanding.

Accommodating staff, knew the products well, happy to help with our purchase 15 minutes before closing on a Friday!

First of all I spoke to Aaron the manager who was very well informed. He then directed me to his colleague Bradley. Again Bradley was really helpful and had great knowledge. After I had purchased the Hugo bed frame. He explained about Dreams UK factory that made the mattresses. He suggested the Maitland. So I looked up reviews online which he had suggested. I was impressed the mattress had 1000 pocket springs. So I called back. Again Bradley really helped and I bought two. When placing the order he explained that my old mattress would be properly recycled. Thank you Dreams. Great service. Happy customer
