Julie looked after us as soon as we entered the store, however, she wasn't overpowering and appeared to want us to get the best quality for our money. We were offered tea and biscuits during the purchase and the transaction with Aaron was clear and speedy. A very pleasant experience!

The knowledge of the staff was to high standard and very pleasant we went on the bed that told us what mattress would be suitable for us and then we where taken over to the mattresses that would be suitable for us the staff where very patient with us and explained the mattress we choose of what it had in it When we first went into the store we where made welcome and offered a hot drink

Bradley our assistant was very friendly and well informed about all the products in the store and explained clearly about the different types of mattress. He wasn't at all pushy to make a sale and suggested we tried out different firmness of beds. We were offered coffee while we deliberated about which bed we wanted. The process of actually purchasing the bed was straightforward and he explained clearly about the products we could take out to cover problems that might occur with the bed and mattress. The delivery date for the bed is most acceptable and we are very impressed that we will be given a two hour time slot and won't have to wait in all day. A very good experience.
