Wonderful service. Very friendly assistant. Not overbearing I didn’t feel pressured in any way. Simon was very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure shopping there. We had my 2 grandsons with us and they were marvellous with them too. Altogether a nice experience and I found exactly what I wanted. Simon also has lovely hair😁

I came into the store out of curiosity, just to check a few prices and get an idea of what was available. Lindsey offered to show me around, and with some friendly conversation and a few key questions, she quickly helped me realise what I was actually looking for. I had no intention of buying a mattress that day, but I left the store very satisfied with my purchase. All the staff were friendly, I actually had a good time in there. Don’t often say that about shops. Top marks. Thanks again Lindsey!

Spoke with three members of staff over two visits to the store & including one telephone call who were all knowledgeable & polite at all times, all questions answered & nothing was too much trouble, didn’t feel at all rushed when choosing/buying during both visits. Overall a very good experience
