Very helpful from the start. No pushy sales pitch and the staff just wanted to make sure that you got the right product for you.

Salespeople were very helpful without being pushy. Dreams bedtest was helpful and made it easy to find a mattress we liked.

Julie was so welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. During the assessment she asked about a sleep partner - I have recently become widowed so it was a highly emotional question but Julie was so understanding and reacted with support and empathy. I used the sleep assessment bed and was impressed with the mattresses chosen for me. It was lovely to find a mattress that was so comfortable.

We had seen the item we wished to purchase on the web site but wanted to actually check the quality. Adam, our assistant was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about the product. He was very attentive and made us feel comfortable. He gave us the information we needed without being pushy. Well done Adam !

Store laid out nicely, store assistant really helpful showing us the appropriate mattresses for our son.

We had already seen online the bed frame we were interested in purchasing and the store assistant took us straight to the bed and showed us the alternative colour swatch. We were given time to browse other beds before deciding that this was the bed we wanted. Ordering was quick and easy and we were shown our email invoice and confirmation details. We were only in store for about 20 minutes in total and even hubby was satisfied
