Excellent service on purchasing a Doze mattress to take away. Helpful colleague (Aaron?) And he explained all there was to know in a friendly and polite manner.

Bradley looked after us very well despite clearly being under the weather. He was patient, knowledge and sincere, understanding our needs. The store was very quiet so he could quite easily been off guard but welcomed us warmly and guided us through our purchase. Customer service is very important to us.

Considering the number of mattresses in store Dave made it very easy to find the one for us.Dave was friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel confidant about our purchase,We left the store feeling we were satisfied we had made the right decision.

Julie who helped us was brilliant, really friendly and knowledgable, she helped us pick the bed and we can’t wait for it to be delivered. The sleep machine test thing was good too.

I wanted a small single bed & was directed to a bed which was available in this size, a choice of colours & with sliding doors in the base. Exactly what I needed. I also had a choice of mattresses in various prices. The bed will be delivered in 2 weeks: ideal.

I went into the store with the intention of spending around £1000 for a mattress and frame, I ended up spending £2300 and that was only down to your team member Adam. I was extremely satisfied with the service that I was given and that is the reason for my over double price spent. Your team member was very knowledgeable about all of your products and was spot on with all the sercive he gave. Polite from the moment we walked in the shop.

This was our first visit to Dreams in Bromborough, Wirral. We were aloud to browse the store before the assistant came over to offer her help. She suggested we tried the Sleep Match machine, that helps decide the type of mattress best suited for our needs. Julie the assistant then showed us the mattress best suited from the results of the Sleep Match machine, after choosing the right bed and mattress Julie ran us through the options available i.e. delivery, dates and collection of our old mattress. Julie had first hand knowledge of the manufacture of the mattress we had chosen as she has visited the factory where the mattress had been made. All in all this was a really great shopping experience from start to finish. Many thanks go to Julie.

Our Customer Advisor; Aaron, was extremely helpful, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He wasn’t “pushy” at all and had a welcoming, friendly smile, which makes all the difference! The showroom was clean with plenty of space to walk around & the system to find the best mattress for your needs is a great asset. Once you find what you want, the process of ordering & paying is efficient and relatively speedy, with no excessive over-selling of additional products (although we did opt for the extended insurance guarantee for the maintenance of the mattress, which was reasonably priced). Overall pleased with experience and price.
