Dreams - Bromborough

We were given a few minutes to browse items before Bradley approached my husband, introduced himself and asked how he could help. Normally if we go into stores and are approached straight away we walk right out, so having a few moment together to browse is rated highly by us. Bradley set up the bed simulator, asked our sleeping positions, any problems etc. Bradley, showed us a range of mattresses based on what we said we wanted, then left us to try each of them again on our own. Bradley was not on our shoulder the whole time which meant I felt I could have a proper discussion with my husband. Bradley also encouraged us to spend a good amount of time trying each mattress and changing sleeping position. Bradley was also really helpful about helping my husband choose a pillow. My husband felt he was listened too and that Bradley really was trying to get the best pillow for my husbands needs. Just 3 nights on into using the new pillow, my husbands has remarked how much better he is sleeping and how much better his neck and shoulders feel. I would summarise by saying we felt under no pressure by Bradley, we felt he was genuinely trying to help us in our choice.

Adam was extremely helpful, he went out of his way to find a bed that suited our style. The bed we ordered wasn’t even on the shop floor, yet with his brilliant skills and knowledge we were ‘sold’ the minute he shown us the product online.

Great deals especially since it’s just after Christmas. Got help with my choice of mattress right away was a speedy service too. Found the perfect bed and mattress. Julie (the store assistant at the bromborough branch) was so friendly and understanding, she knew exactly what would be the perfect mattress for me.

Extremely quick and professional customer service with clear communication of the process

Kat was really attentive to our needs, she listened to what we had to say and our concerns. She also made sure our three children were part of the experience by letting them know which beds we were going to next after the sleep match machine printed out a list. She listened so well to what we wanted, that she let us know of an alternative bed base which was cheaper and was electric (ideal as my wife is in a wheelchair). Drinks were offered to all and the ninety minutes we spent there didn't feel long, we didn't feel pressured in to buying, but relieved that someone was wanting to listen and help us. You might have gathered the listening part is important to us as having someone in a wheelchair we find people either ignore them or answer the carer this was not the case with Kat and she is a credit to your company.

Bradley was an excellent customer service advisor who had all the time in the world, even though we said we probably wouldn't buy that day. He helped so much and advised on everything we needed. Highly recommend this place and Bradley. 5*
