Very friendly, helpful staff. Bought previous bed from same store many years ago. looked at several bed companies, but came back to Dreams.

The wife and I found the store with plenty of choice, and the sales person was very knowledgable about the bed products.

Staff were knowledgeable, but not pushy. I felt they genuinely wanted to match my requirements with what was available.

As soon as we entered the store an assistant approached us and asked various questions about the way we slept etc. We tried several beds that the computerised bed had recommended and one of these was suitable. Simon the Assistant was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and Kat who processed the order was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We were offered a drink and Simon also carried the tempur pillows and bed protecter to our car as my husband is not very fit.

The guy was brand new to the Company 2 weeks but his knowledge was brilliant very pleasant offered us a drink so excellent all round

Ally was extremely helpful, very personable and no pressure selling. We loved the analysis machine which helped us match with the best matress. The service from Ally was absolutely first class, what a credit to the company.

We went to our local bromborough store with our daughter who is autistic we have been saving to order our bed we seen online we thought the process was good we we served by Dave he was really good and made us feel welcome

Fantastic sales assistant. Took time to understand our requirements and provided serval options for us to choose from. Also, the fantastic customer service shown to our young daughter. She was provided with colouring pencils and paper, an given special attention while we were helped with our purchases. Amazing staff at this store.
