I was served by Adam on my first visit to dreams. He was extremely knowledgable and very accommodating and the reason we returned on 18th Jan to purchase a bed. We were served by kat on our second visit who was equally knowledgeable and very nice. Both visits we were offered drinks and on second visit my husband became dizzy as he has MS and Kat was very accommodating. We were very happy with our purchase and look forward to receive it. Service at dreams was fantastic and I will say in short supply at most stores these days. Thankyou

Mum is deaf, and has spinal stenosis, a recent broken hip and polymyalgic rheumatica. We were confused by the products on offer, and needed assistance understanding these in respect of Mum's needs. Julie was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind to Mum.

We'd been looking a long time for the right bed and decided on the sleepeezee model. The assistant Katrina explained in great detail the different options and allowed us to try the different models. She was patient with our questions and we finally chose the Chelmsford model. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different beds. Great service!!

The lady who helped us in store was so helpful - especially as we were shopping with our 1 year old and 4 year old. She was patient, understanding and brilliant with the kids. She offered me a cup of tea and even to hold the baby whilst we tried the mattress out. She was fantastic.

Julie came over to offer me assistance as soon I made myself known. I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for or even anything other that just that i wanted a bed. Julie took time and talked with me and offered me a drink straight away and made my time feel valued. She is genuinely a credit to your company. I was shown to the mattress test made completely comfortable and had everything explained clearly to me. When finished Julie walked around with me showing all options and letting me test each one for as long as I wanted. She left me feeling completely understood and valued. I have left having paid more for this item than anything else I have ever bought, but have left feeling that it was 100% worth every penny which is no easy feat when spending this much.
