Simon was incredibly helpful and we used the technology to assist us in finding the right mattresses to meet our needs. Simon was very patient and supported us to try a good variety of mattresses to try and find one that met our needs.

The shop assistant Simon, at the Bromborough store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and answered all questions.

laud was very knowledgable and gave very good advice from start to finish. he advise best way to try out pillow and mattress calibration for my needs. he completed my order with great efficiency and was friendly.

Once we entered the store we spoke to an assistant who told us abut the test bed, she was extremely helpful with regards to us choosing the bed we did, very patient, nothing was to much trouble. We would definitely return to this store again if we need any pillows and make sure that we are dealt with by the same assistant who sold us the bed. The assistant was Julie.

Going into the store, we didn’t have a clue what type of mattress we wanted. Adam who talked us through different ideas and showed us the sleep match machine and showed us which mattress suited our sleeping patterns. Very friendly and knowledge of mattresses was perfect. We were so happy with the store that we ordered a bed also. Adam also made a cracking cup of tea also. Top marks

We were very pleased with the technical knowledge displayed by the assistant and the use of technology to assist us in our choice of mattress. The price level was more or less than we expected so overall this was a very good shopping experience for us.

Your member of Staff (Julie), was very helpful, did not try and rush the order through, but took time to explain everything. Offered me a cup of tea whilst we were going through the different options.
