Dreams - Bromborough

On my first visit to the Dreams Bromborough Croft Store, Julie and Kat were extremely helpful and informative when choosing a divan bed. Julie recommended doing the Sleepmatch, which I did, and then showed me a selction of beds that had been recommended and explained different types of mattress. Having preferred the Flaxby divan beds, both Julie and Kat were very informative explaining the different models and how the beds are constructed. They did not try to push the sale but advised me to spend some time lying on the bed to see which I preferred. I was given a price and bed details and given time to think about my purchase. I visited the the store a few days later on two occasions to try the Flaxby mattresses and was given further information by Kat and Julie. On the following visit I purchased the bed and was offered a cup of tea whilst the order was processed. Both Julie and Kat were friendly and informative on my visits.

We had no idea what we were after and got so much help from Julie, help with every single thing we needed, we were there quite a while why we tried things and viewed things and made our decision, the staff were amazing with our children why we did this

Immediately welcomed by Julie and invited to try the Sleepmatch tester and were offered a hot drink. Julie explained the results clearly and showed us to the relevant mattresses that were suited to us. Throughout the explanations of different products she was very knowledagble, patient and friendly. We did not feel pushed at any point to purchase anything which was lovely. Julie listened to my concerns following a previous bad experience with Bensons for Beds, and went above and beyond to put our concerns at rest. Also helped with a bit of interior design. Julie is a credit to the store and we could not have asked for a nicer experience. Looking forward to our first night of good sleep in 3 years!
