Good process of elimination using the computerised bed assessment helped by the assistant to decide which mattress met our requirements.

We were served by Adam. He was happy to show and demonstrate many beds, explaining in depth the quality and integrity of each item to allow us to make an informed choice. He clearly understood his product very well and was able to fend questions with simple straightforward answers. Even though we paid in full he still explained all the different finance options available to us. This was so different to other stores we had visited.

David who served us never made us feel rushed, he was attentive and patient as I have a bad back he understood I needed to be sure I was picking the correct product for my needs. He explained each product in detail and answered all questions checking our understanding at all times. He really does know his 'stuff' was very down to earth and easy to talk to. The other members of staff were also very nice.

I visited Dreams at Bromborough today with a friend who wanted to choose a mattress . I bought my Tempur cloud mattress & bed 4 years ago from this store & I was impressed with the service and knowledge from the staff. My friend purchased a Flaxby Refine DNair mattress and I purchased a Tempur cloud pillow . John was extremely polite , helpful and gave advice without putting any pressure for us to rush into making a purchase.

This was a fun afternoon choosing the correct mattress, julie was exceptional on the way she helped me to buy the ideal mattress for me 5 stars...and john store manager, not his store but went the extra mile to help me also....

Effortless experience with no pressure sales

Very friendly efficient member of staff. Love the mattress diagnostic machine. It was hilarious, probably just goes on weight, but great fun.

On my first visit to the Dreams Bromborough Croft Store, Julie and Kat were extremely helpful and informative when choosing a divan bed. Julie recommended doing the Sleepmatch, which I did, and then showed me a selction of beds that had been recommended and explained different types of mattress. Having preferred the Flaxby divan beds, both Julie and Kat were very informative explaining the different models and how the beds are constructed. They did not try to push the sale but advised me to spend some time lying on the bed to see which I preferred. I was given a price and bed details and given time to think about my purchase. I visited the the store a few days later on two occasions to try the Flaxby mattresses and was given further information by Kat and Julie. On the following visit I purchased the bed and was offered a cup of tea whilst the order was processed. Both Julie and Kat were friendly and informative on my visits.
