The salesman, James, took time to understand our needs and walk us through the different options available. We were given the chance to use the technology that you have to determine the best type of bed for us and the whole process was carried out very professionally and in a friendly way.

Our sales person did not pressure us at all. Our requirements were listened to and we were shown a range of different mattresses. We were offered a drink whilst we browsed and the whole experience was very friendly but professional.

Lindsay was lovely and explained everything really well. She was extremely helpful, funny and couldn’t do enough for us. We tried the sleep tester bed and this was great at finding us a suitable bed. Lindsay was great so professional and made us all feel so comfortable while choosing the beds. Please make sure she gets the feedback!!
