Simon at Bromborough was extremely helpful, adhered to all social distancing guidelines and offered my partner and I refreshments

All the staff were extremely friendly yet still very professional. Social distancing measures were adhered to and cleanliness of the store was excellent. Hand sanitiser was regularly used and available as well as protectors to lie on mattresses. All 3 of us were regularly offered drinks as it was a hot day and staff members were more than happy to have a chat :)

I found the young lady who approached me as I entered the store was very helpful without being pushy so I felt I had time to really look around. As I had looked at a number of other places I found the best value for money was in your store

Kat,was very pleasant and knew the products well. She explained about the products, answered all our queries, gave us additional information to assist us with our choice of products, and we were not pressurised into purchasing a product. Therefore we returned to make a purchase after further discussion at home.
