The assistant who served me - Kat - is brilliant. She seemed to have full product knowledge, grasped my budget and showed me the products within my range without trying to push more expensive ones onto me. She is also very friendly, down to earth and generally nice to deal with.

Absolutely fantastic service from your sales rep Simon. Insightful and friendly. So much so, that we would have rather waited until after lockdown was lifted to go back in and place the order through Simon, than order online. Brilliant.
