From the moment James approached my wife and myself we both felt very comfortable discussing our needs with him. He was ever so helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He helped us find what we were looking for and within our budget. Thankfully he was not the pushy sales person type otherwise I would have left the store hastily.

The sales guy who helped us find our new mattress was great. His name was James in your Croft Retail Park store - he mentioned he had only been working there a few weeks. Very friendly, easy to talk to. He provided value and knowledge I don't feel I could have got online so I'm glad we shopped in-store. He wasn't pushy though and gave us plenty of space and time to just go and try the matresses in our own time.

Simon the sales assistant was very helpful, not pushy and showed us what we were looking for and helped us with our purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and very patient, fabulous sales assistant, would come back again and highly recommend
