I liked the friendliness of the Staff, very informative, assisted where required and not pushy in anyway (which I always find to be off putting). Wasn't rushed around and loved the sleep master automatic bed testing thing in store. I feel this actually helps you to relax and be in a clearer frame of mind of looking for the perfect mattress rather than the usual "I just need one now". Getting older has made me more appreciative of a quality mattress especially as I suffer from lower back and hip pain. I would definitely recommend investing in purchasing the best you can afford.

The store manager James understood our requirements and treated us with respect when we asked to browse the store before asking for assistance. He understood that we didn't want to be followed round and pressured into buying a product. When we needed help he was there with advice, but gave us time to discuss our options.

Received a lot of help from Kat, very friendly and knowledgeable. She took tike to understand what we wanted, wasn't pushy and helped us make what is hopefully the right choice.
