James was extremely helpful without being pushy like some stores, the cleanliness while I was there was outstanding everything was cleaned! We bought a bed 12 months ago and went back to get the kids mattresses because we’ve been so pleased with ours.

I went in to look to purchase a new mattress on my birthday, after developing back pains with an old mattress (so wasn’t overly thrilled to be spending money) and was welcomed into the Bromborough shop by Simon. To say he was brilliant would be an understatement. His hospitality and social skills were a joy (offering an ice cold bottle of water) and made buying a mattress a great experience. I was amazed that he had only recently been working for Dreams as he was perfect for the job, offering different options to suit my needs. A really lovely and hardworking guy!
