Adam from the Bromborough store served me. I wasn't sure what I wanted but after he showed me Stacey to see what mattress I required he then walked me through and the whole experience was safe and quick.

Lindsey and the team were amazing. Really friendly and outgoing. You can tell they all love being in work, they made me and my disabled mum feel welcome and comfortable

Simon took time to show myself and my husband who is disabled the beds. He took time to explain the different types of bed. He could not have been more helpful.

Steve was very friendly and welcoming. He asked lots of opening questions regarding the requirements for a double bed for my daughter and matched her to one perfectly. He made her feel special as she tried the sleep station and mattress and pillows. He left us alone while we made our decision then talked us through all our options when we decided to go ahead. He clearly explained every part of the process . He is an asset to your company and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The store was clean, Simon who served us took us right through the whole process from mattress measurement thing 😂 all the way through to the pillows and the frame. The whole process was painless.
