Sales assistant Simon was very friendly and attentive, he wasn’t a pushy salesman like some places you go to, nothing was too much trouble and he was patient whilst I tried the many beds. He offered me a bottle of water which I thought was a lovely touch.

Mainly due to your member of staff, Melanie, who went out of her way to understand my requirements. I was buying a bed for a disabled person and getting the specifics correct was paramount.

From the minute I entered the store the staff were pleasant, professional and knowlegable,the sales person Dave in Bromborough Wirral spent a lot of time with me and my wife, he checked on the machine for the firmness of the mattress that we needed and was not pushy. we called to Bensons next door to Dreams and was in there for approximately 5 minutes, we didn't even check their prices, the staff in Bensons had no time for us, the experience in Dreams was what shopping should be like,a big thank you to Dave and all the staff, we were 100% satisfied with our experience.
