I found the staff extremely polite. Who were willing to make me feel very at ease on entry about finding the perfect bed. I got very honest information from the staff too, for example the build time and difficulty of an ottoman bed., as well as why I should reconsider buying a certain online branded mattress as they used to sell a similar product and had bad feedback.
