We did wait quite a time for an assistant to serve us as there only appeared to be one staff member on the shop floor who was busy, we were about to leave but we were served by James, store manager. He used the Sleep test mattress to determine our needs, and was mindful of the options offered according to our budget. He left us alone for a while whilst we went back and forth, several times!! He was friendly and very helpful, and ensured all beds were sprayed after us testing them.

went to the store with my 8 year old son to view mattresses for him, staff listened to his requirements and treated him with respect, when we left, my son said all of the staff were so kind and amazing.(his words).
