Shopping for a bed with two 90 year olds could have been a nightmare in the making however it turned into a wonderful experience mainly thanks to Adam and the Bromborough team ! Friendly and hugely helpful advice was given and no “hard selling” which is so off putting. The whole team were helpful and we are now waiting delivery on the bed. A huge well done and thank you to the Dreams Team Bromborough ❤️

2 members of staff served us, one name I can remember was Simon. I have recently been diagnosed with Cancer and needed to buy a bed with some urgency that I can sit upright in. They assisted us vey well, whilst at all time maintaining social distance and were very understanding at the need to extra sanitize as I can not afford to catch anything due to Chemotherapy. They sold us what they thought the best for our needs, despite it not being the most expensive which we would have been prepared to pay. Also we had looked at buying direct from Tempur to avoid needing to go out but it was more expensive on their website.

He used the Sleep test mattress to determine our needs, and was mindful of the options offered according to our budget. He left us alone for a while whilst we went back and forth, several times!! He was friendly and very helpful, and ensured all beds were sprayed after us testing them.
