Dreams - Bromborough

We were approached in a friendly and professional manner. The gentleman who helped us stopped and listen to what our needs were and without hesitating showed us our options and was friendly through it all. We felt comfortable and not rushed. We didn’t feel pressure to buy anything at anytime.

Dave at the Dreams Bromborough store was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses we were looking at. He helped us use the sleep machine to make sure we get the right mattress for us. He also explained the differences in the firmness ratings, and mattress types. The store was very clean, and had an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser at the door. Everyone was wearing masks. The only disappointment is having to wait until January for our mattress to be delivered, but that is due to the size (super king) having to be specially ordered. At least we will have something to look forward to in 2021 :)

I was greeted as soon as walked through the store and there was plenty of sanitiser at the door I was asked what I was looking for,preferences and staff were so helpful, friendly and guided me throughout but also gave plenty of time to make my choice and did not feel rushed but made sure my safety was also paramount.
