The rep dealing with us was pleasant and helpful.

Bed test was great, staff very helpful and listened

Went into the branch in Bromborough Croft Retail Park and a sales assistant called Dave I think was his name very helpful and cheerful and knew what he’s was doing and what we wanted

I hope I like my new mattress when I receive it on Wednesday and hope it adjusts to my back on my bed. Simon was a pleasure to help with what I wanted at Bromborough Dreams. Very thorough and very helpful. If the mattress isn't as good on my bed frame I can send back as Simon informed me. Hopefully this won't happen. Simon was great help.

The man helping us was very knowledgeable and helpful, spoke to us and even entertained our baby (from a safe distance) whilst we were thinking. He helped us find exactly what we needed.

When I walked in I was greeted by a young lady, who asked if i needed any help, I said just looking, she said if you need any advice or prices, or anything just ask, I did and she was so help and pleasant, I ended up buying a bed and a new mattress, bought my last bed from dreams,was so impressed returned again, and was not disappointed, and even got a cold bottle of water as it was very warm in the shop,

My satisfaction started as soon as I was approached by a staff member I had looked round not knowing what I needed I explained to the sales person that I had medical needs he listened and explained the best place to start would be the sleep computer ,3 minutes later the computer suggested a hard mattress would be suitable for me ,but I didn’t have to stick to the computer,I was shown to the. First mattress and offered a pillow with a protective cloth on it which I declined with no problem as I don’t use one at home the sales person left for a while but kept an eye on me to see when I was ready to move on or discuss ,we moved slowly around the shop and I never felt under pressure at all an when I had made my choice no question was left in answered and a very pleasurable Sale was made with a full explanation of everything I needed to no fully recommend 👍👍👍👍👍😃
