Jim was very helpful and took the time to show me various products after listening to my requirements. I felt he took on-board what i was looking for and was able to advise me and show me what was available. i was given various options but at no time did i feel pressure sales being thrust upon me so I felt at ease to discuss budget and requirements. I hope that Jim in the Bromborough store will be given a thanks from yourselves as i am very happy with the service and would reccomend dreams to family and friends.

The atmosphere in the shop was friendly and welcoming unlike other brand shops.all the staff were keen to help but gave us space to try the beds and determine what we wanted without feeling pressured.Staff ensured we knew exactly what was available and that the product we chose suited our needs.During our purchase we were made to feel very welcome and offered tea/coffee whilst we placed our order. These small things made all the difference!we left the shop feeling extremely satisfied with our purchase and the overall visit.
