Everything was explained fully, the mattress suitability for back problems was taken on board and suitable options were explained in a friendly and professional manner. Couldn't ask for more.

upon entering the bromborough store i was approached by Jim within five minutes, i did not even need to ask for assistance. He was extremely helpful and immediately found exactly what i was looking for. He gave me all the advice i needed as i had never purchased a bed or mattress myself before. after i found what i wanted i went away to think about it, i was pleased there was no pressure for a sale and i was even offered a coffee which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. on returning to the store the sale was completed with ease and the process was fast and simple. i will be recommending dreams in the future.

From the moment I contacted the store and spoke to Peter it was a warm and professional experience that made me want to travel to the store. I asked about certain product and was given clear information as well as being alerted to the fact that it could be seen in store but would need to be ordered should I wish order. I was asked when I might be attending the store and was assured that the kettle would be on. On arrival the experience continued in an excellent manner as Peter gauged our every need and demonstrated a level of outstanding interpersonal skills that Dreams should be proud of. We were particularly impressed with the sensitivity he showed towards our reduced financial status and left us feeling valued customers. We purchased a set of products that are perfect for our requirements and we look forward to the delivery.

Im had purchaced a pillow previously and wanted another.

The whole staff were very friendly. It was a new starter that attended to us an when she wasn't too sure she got somebody to help an explain more to us.

Visited Dreams at Bromborough retail park. The shop assistants, James and Peter where very helpful and polite They where professional and helped to assist in choosing a mattress for my mother who suffers with a painful back. Would recommend people to go there and ask to speak to James and Peter.
