I received assistance immediately after arriving in store, Peter who was assisting me was very helpful and polite, I received advice I needed and I felt that I was looked after in an excellent manner.

It was quick and simple. We went in with an exact idea of what we required and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I can't think of better customer service in any store.

The range was comprehensive and the assistant we spoke to was knowledgable and helpful. The order was processed swiftly and a good delivery date was offered to us.

Both sales consultant Peter and manager of store we extremeley helpful and knowledgable. They were abke to advise me on a specific mattress tailored to my needs. I found the overall price decent and feel as if i have got value and quality for money :). Very satisfied with overall experience :)
