The overall experience of my visit was very pleasing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, glad that I visited the store that day and made my purchase.

Assistance was non pushy (like in other stores). Jackie, the sales assistant, although new to the store was very approachable and made me feel relaxed. The bed I was interested was not available in store, but she quickly and efficiently spoke with her Manager (Jim), who showed me on line the bed I wanted. Jackie then showed me a selection of Mattresses and together chose the correct one for my needs. Over all, a pleasant experience. I would definitely return.

Walked in lay on a few beds picked one an walked out 10 mins later with a delivery date 👍

The sales staff, Robert, (BOB) showed us the products on offer to suit our request and offered advice on the type of mattresses their positives and negatives, invited us to try without any pressure which may be the most suitable for our needs. Giving us prices and brochures of our various options. We then left the shop to study at our leisure. On returning to the shop 2 days later we were greeted and offered hospitality, and asked if we needed any further help or assistance and we were able to chose and try before making our purchase. Very, very helpful.

You store sales man Peter Woods went the extra mile in helping us reach our decision on our purchase even measuring the size of the products that we needed right down to purchase & price. he was not pushy just left us to choose what we wanted & then helped with the sales service very friendly, in the end we are very happy to purchase from Brombrough Dreams store again.
