Dreams - Bromborough

I had done a lot of research before going to purchase my new bed,but the assistance given by Peter was an added bonus.He was very unassuming and only suggested things when I was undecided through too much choice !! The store was very clean and bright and was being visited by a number of potential shoppers during my visit.thank you Peter and my husband and I are looking forward to the arrival of our very comfy new bed.

I walked into the store, I found what I was looking for. I had a chat with a member of staff who was most helpful and answered any questions I had.The order was placed and delivery was arranged for a convenient time for me.

Really happy with the service and guidance we received from Bob. He spent lots of time talking us through the options and was good with our two children.

The time and effort the salesperson and patience as even tho I was paying it was my 9 year old daughter doing the choosing and their was no pressure to buy he was a credit to your company

Customer Service was Brilliant really friendly Staff and the atmopsher of the place was really relaxing.

The staff were lovely and friendly.. helped us pick the best bed for our 10 yr old daughter.. I always thought dreams would be really expensive.. I was surprised :) even picked up a new silent night duvet at a bargain.. would definitely return again.

The member of staff assisting us was very cheerful and had good knowledge of the products in store, he gave me plenty of space to have a look around myself so I didn't feel pressured but was around if I needed anything or had any questions.

The customer service that received form Jim was beyond excellent and the price of the product was also great. Dreams was an wonderful experience for me and I will certainly be going back to purchase another item.

Staff were very helpful and attentive, did their best to help me find the bed I wanted but cannot comment on product yet as it has not yet been delivered. Delivery date is 30th May.

The assistant took his time to explain the different mattress types and encouraged me to test them. He gave me confidence that I could take my time and if I needed to change within 14 days
