Got what I wanted when I asked what I wanted, directed me in the right direction!

We needed a bed, we got the help and information we needed and was offered a delivery date which met our needs

I walked in and was warmly greeted by Peter and Jim. They gave us the information leaflet then let us walk around the shop before offering some assistance which is nice and not pushy. very knowledgeable about the beds and made sure we got the best price by applying a discount on our headboard

Was going to Be sons as I have done for years,tried Dreams,manager Jim served me and there was then no reason to leave.

Friendly staff were able to give all relevant information about the product, were able to offer interest free credit and have arranged rapid delivery of the item ordered, I am therefore highly satisfied with my shopping experience with dreams.

Nice friendly staff, helpful but not pushy

Peter was very helpful and I spent a while deciding after I explained my needs. the interest free credit and timescale, meant I could choose the product I wanted.

We were looking for a new bed for our daughter, when we got to the store a member of staff greeted us immediately and asked if he could help and directed us upstairs to the children's beds. we found the bed we wanted and a member of staff then asked if we would like further assistance and asked the initial member of staff to come back to help. he was very knowledgeable and showed us various mattresses. We then placed our order which was a very speedy and thorough process. Well done! I am looking forward to receiving our daughters new bed.

Good serves had good nights sleep with new pillow cannot wait for my new mattress to come next week
