Dreams - Bromborough

Simon from the Brombourgh store was amazing! Helped find the perfect mattress. We dread going to stores expecting a pushy sales person but however Simon went above and beyond and made us want to purchase from dreams. We were offered bottles of water too! The covid health and safety Simon had put into place was the best we have seen in any shop everything was perfect!

A great service as soon as we arrived in store. Allowed us to look around. We tested a few. We were offered a bottle of water which was very complimentary. We were offered god information about each mattresses tried. Provided a pillow to try out each time. Overall we were very happy with service and assistant.

The knowledge support and understanding of our needs. Adam very personable yet discreet. Not rushed not pushed. Returned here after previous purchase of mattress .

Came into store with my brother because I suffer with lower back problem when i sleep and I heard about this mattress which tells you about what mattress you need we were assisted by the store manager who was very helpful in showing the mattress options and gave us plenty of advice at the end I ended up buying the tempur mattress I’m looking forwards to a full nights sleep!
